This luxury, three – storey villa that covers 300 m² was built in 2005 to meet the high expectations of the most demanding guest. The property offers anything one expects from a holiday home, but also a living round year house.

Entering this spacious garden with grass, flowers, orange trees and cypresses, one crosses the large swimming pool with surface 11m x 5.5m and depth up to 1.70m. Via the main entrance one is led to the living area with a nice fireplace, two coaches and TV. Further on, one faces the dining area, which may host up to 8 persons, and the kitchen with a separate table, where 6 persons can feast.

On the ground floor one (1) double bedroom lies also with a bathroom (sink, toilet, and shower). Moreover, there is a playroom for children and adults with table tennis (ping-pong), billiard table, and chess. A gym area offers you the opportunity to stay fit with an indoor cycling bike, a walking lane and weights. An additional room can store anything you donΆt use.

Following the stairs, one greets another four (4) bedrooms. Two of them have double bed and the rest two have two single beds. The bedrooms are fitted with big wardrobes and exit to balconies with exceptional sea and mountain views. On the same floor other two (2) bathrooms are met. The one bathroom has sink, toilet, shower and the other sink, toilet, bathtub with massage.

This residence for rent has two large terraces and several small balconies with views. The living area has an exit to a terrace, which offers a panoramic, unobstructed view to the sea and to the small island “Thodorou”. The unique sunsets promises you beautiful and romantic afternoons.

For the ownerΆs comfort, the apartment is equipped with all the household appliances, a TV 32'' and five (5) TVs 17'', satellite antenna, DVD-player and sound system. A large parking space with three lots is available.

Location

The green environment of fruitful orchards, such as orange trees and olive groves, brings a special atmosphere to the region, totally nature. The amenities and the nowadays facilities are 2' in driving distance and the big town of Chania is 15' in driving distance. The nightlife, bars, restaurants and taverns during the high season are on fire in these areas. Shops, super markets, bakeries, pharmacies, post and anything you may need is close by. The beach is less than 10' in walking distance.

This location provides a combination of choices to whoever decides to live in this tenderness and peace.
