Entering the maisonette through a security door, one faces an open plan living room with fireplace and a kitchen with nice cupboards. A wc (basin, toilet) is found on the same floor as well. The elevated ground floor is surrounded by balconies. Via a wooden staircase one is led to the first floor, where three (3) bedrooms, fitted with wardrobes, exist. The two of them have an exit to a balcony. Another bathroom (basin, toilet, bathtube) is found on this level.

Location

Chorafakia (Horafakia) is a small village, newly developed, and situated on the western coast of Crete, on the Akrotiri Peninsula. Its beauty is based on the small hills, mountains and the endless blue sea. The village has many traditional taverns and small coffee shops, groceries, while the locals are friendly and ready to welcome warmly any visitor. The homes are laid out in the quiet countryside, far away from the stressful city, but very close to facilities and amenities, as the big village of Kounoupidiana is nearby. The area has a typical Mediterranean climate, with sunny dry summers and mild rainy winters. During the period between April and October, clear-sky weather is almost an everyday feature.

The gorgeous, small and picturesque Tersana bay is only 2km from the centre of the village with its long stretch of white sand and its taverns with tasty Cretan traditional dishes. The beaches near

Chorafakia are shallow and there are suitable for kids swimming free and play in the water, while you take a little nap under the blue sky. Stavros beach and Kalathas are not far away to change scenes and to enjoy the beautiful Cretan waters.

The village offers the ideal atmosphere for couples in love, for families that want tranquil vacations and beach nearby.
